All Variants FAQ
Q: My console did not arrive with any cords, controller, or any accessories?
A: Unless otherwise stated in the listing itself, we only provide the console itself.

Q: My console does not have WiFi?
A: If you did purchase a "Slim" or "Slim E" console, WiFi was provided via an accessory.

Q: My console has no where to save data?
A: You purchased a console that does not have internal storage or did not come bundled with a HDD.

Retail Units
Q: What software comes on my console?
A: All retail consoles will arrive with the latest available dashboard update.

Q: Can I play multiplayer on my console?
A: As long as Microsoft continues to support the infrastructure for Xbox 360 online play and you have an active subscription to Xbox Game Pass.

Flashed Units
Q: What makes my console different than a Retail, JTAG, or RGH?
A: The OS of your system is still locked down just like a Retail unit, however you are able to play physical backups of your games.

Q: Can I play multiplayer on my console?
A: Yes, just make sure that if you playing one of your backups that all patches are properly applied.

Q: I can't run homebrew on my console?
A: Yes, Flashed consoles are only able to run physical backups.

Q: How do I make backups?
A: To avoid any possible complications, this information will not be provided.

Q: Is it safe to update my console?
A: Yes, updates to drive software have been stopped for quite some time.

JTAG/RGH Units
Q: What software comes on my console?
A: The latest XeBuild for the modification installed. If your console was bundled with a HDD, we install basic homebrew.

Q: Can I go online with a JTAG/RGH console?
A: This type of modification requires the use of software/services to connect to XBL and avoid being detected and or banned.

Q: I flashed a new NAND and now my console is refusing to boot?
A: The NAND image was created incorrectly and the console may very well be bricked.

Q: My console is banned. Now what?
A: You will need to purchase a "KV"(Keyvault). A KV is a file that identifies your specific Xbox 360 console.
